No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed via senangPay, we do not allow any cancellations, changes, or modifications to the order. Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with the product, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our product.
Exchange Policy (Defective Goods Only)
- We only offer an exchange of the same SKU if the product is defective (e.g., leaking bottle, spoilt contents, or broken pump).
- You must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must provide clear video and photo evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the proof is insufficient or if the 3-day window has passed.
Return Policy (Wrong Item Delivered)
- Returns are only permitted if the item delivered does not match your order (e.g., wrong SKU received).
- The item must be unopened, with the security seal intact, and in its original packaging.
- Once we verify the error, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
