1.1 Compliance: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Contracts Act 1950.

1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this site.

1.3 Amendments: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase will apply.

2.1 Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will not change.

3.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when you receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from us.

3.2 Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments through senangPay, which supports the following methods:

• Online Banking: FPX (all major Malaysian banks).
• Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
• E-Wallets: Touch ’n Go, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and ShopBack Pay.
• Installments & BNPL: 0% Instalment Payment Plan (IPP), Atome, SPayLater, and PayLater by Grab.

4.2 Authorization: By providing your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. For card payments, all transactions are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery if authorization is refused.

4.3 Third-Party Providers (IPP/BNPL): When using installment plans (IPP) or “Buy Now Pay Later” services (e.g., Atome, Grab PayLater, SPayLater), you are entering into a separate legal agreement with the respective provider. Redfores is not responsible for any interest, late fees, or credit assessments imposed by these third parties.

4.4 Transaction Security: All payments are processed securely via senangPay. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.

5.1 Shipping Area: We deliver within Malaysia (West and East Malaysia).

5.2 Delivery Timeline:

• West Malaysia: 3–5 working days.
• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days.

5.3 Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6.1 No Cancellation: Once an order is placed and payment is successful via senangPay, we do not allow any cancellations or modifications. Please review your cart carefully before proceeding.

6.2 No Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with the product, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our SATEERA-based foam wash.

6.3 Exchange Policy (Defective Goods Only):

• We only offer an exchange of the same SKU if the product is defective (e.g., leaking bottle, spoilt contents, or broken pump).
• You must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product.
• Mandatory Requirement: You must provide clear video and photo evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the proof is insufficient or if the 3-day window has passed.

6.4 Return Policy (Wrong Item Delivered):

• Returns are only permitted if the item delivered does not match your order (e.g., wrong SKU received).
• The item must be unopened, with the security seal intact, and in its original packaging.
• Once we verify the error, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

7.1 All content on this site, including the REDFORES trademarks, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of REDFORES SDN BHD and is protected by Malaysian copyright and trademark laws.

8.1 To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, REDFORES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

8.2 Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be limited to the price paid for that product.
