SHIPPING POLICY

We currently provide shipping to all locations within West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

• West Malaysia: 3–5 working days.
• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or peak promotional periods.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment via senangPay.

Any “Free Shipping” promotions are subject to a minimum spend requirement as stated on our website banner or product pages.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Liability: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout. Redfores is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by the courier service or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
